Allow 24-48 business hours for a response from the Retreat Manager support staff. Be prepared to be at your PC when called as most support issues require interaction with your PC. A GoToMeeting session may be required so that we can see and react to what is occurring with the PC. About 95% of all issues are related to the PC. However, there are some security messages that we cannot see when using GoToMeeting so your presence is essential to solving issues.
