Email - (an internal system)
An internal email system is included - don't need to move documents or reports to Outlook or MS Word in order to send to clients or local staff. Must be enabled and tested first - can use your email account or one of ours.
- Select documents to be sent
- Click - Create from a right-mouse popup
- Email form is completely filled in
- Activity Title and Planned Dates
- Addressed To with Email
- Attachments added
- General text message, a Thank You and a Signature
- Click - Send
Completed email is then saved with the activity
